Natalia Bhatia is the Gender lead for South Asia. She has done extensive work with financial institutions on developing their gender strategy focusing on the women entrepreneurs. As a technical lead for projects in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India and Nepal, Natalia has helped banks in transformation management and strategy development.
She has 17 years of experience in private banks and financial sector development. She has spent the past 2 years with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the previous 15 years in the private sector leading asset and liability product development, across Retail and SME.
Natalia is an Indian citizen with a major in Commerce & Business studies from Sriram College of Commerce and with a specialisation in Rural Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
