Gema Sacristan is the Chief Investment Officer and a member of the senior management team of IDB Invest. Previously, she was the Chief of IDB’s Financial Markets Division and part of IDB Invest’s founding team. Before joining the IDB Group, she worked for 15 years in Corporate and Investment Banking in Madrid, London, and New York. Sacristan sits on the board of Internet para Todos and is a member of the Young President´s Organization. She was recognized as one of the 50 Top Businesswomen in Latin America by the Latin Trade Magazine and named First Mover Aspen Fellow.
